Materials you'll need
Since this logo design is pretty simple, you don't need Photoshop, Illustrator or image editing tools which costs you hundreds of dollars. You just need an internet connections and browser support flash. That's it.

Step 1: Open LogoMaker.com, click design it for free.
Choose an Industry of your company or expertise. I assume Medical.
Choose between symbol based icon, letter based icons, or abstract based icons. I assume abstract based.
Choose an icon
Fill the text properties with your company informations then save
Choose free web logo instead of download
Select/block the characters between double quotes in img src until .gif
Paste it to your browser address bar and browse it (enter)
Now you've got your free logo, save it by File > Save as to your computer
