Free Online Dating Sites

I used to constantly go out, hoping in my heart that I'd meet the right person, impress them and BAM, fate and cupid would co-ordinate me to the partner of my dreams. Maybe I've been watching too many romantic movies, because now, two and a half years down the track - I'm still single. I'm quite seriously a very normal person, I don't have a problem attracting people%u2026 I have trouble attracting the right people! Since college, the amount of single and suitable possibilities have dried up remarkably for me. Everyone has been talking about the internet and dating, but some of it looks far too commercial for me. What do they get out of it? Do they really want to help me, or just take my money because I'm desperate?!

That's why I decided to start trying Free Online Dating Sites to see if they could offer me something new. It seemed like a good idea, some of them have membership bases of well over 500,000 people! Surely there's one in there for me! So, I decided to dive in, start posting and try my luck. Hopefully I could find the person of my dreams on the internet. The logic's good. It is just a big meeting place where you get to post a profile, some information about yourself and maybe even a picture and then likeminded people seek you out without fear of rejection or commitment.

I have to admit though, putting my picture up at Free Online Dating Sites was a very big step for me! What if my colleagues, enemies or even my family saw it?! Doesn't matter, I'm sick of being single. "No pain, no gain" they say!

I would be really interested to hear back about other peoples experiences with Free Online Dating Sites. Success, Failures and Horror Stories. I'm going to be posting mine here as I try to track down my ideal match in cyber space. It's exciting and a bit nerv-racking all at once. I'm not really interested in the commercial online dating sites, I had a bad experience with eHarmony.com (which I won't go into here) but that sort of put my off the pay-for-play sites. But hey, I'm open-minded if you had a good experience, then let me know about it!

The Main thing that I really want to know, is if people are actually using and having success on these sites! I've had my ups and downs, but it is so hard to find out the truth. There is a lot of advertising for Online Dating Sites, and so it is hard to tell what is real and what is made up. Personally my biggest problem using these sites it putting my photo on them. It makes me feel so dorky and uncomfortable! Do I try and get a semi-professional photo, or do I just take one with my own digital, or do I just not even include a picture?!!

Why not? I think that is a seriously good idea. It's probably already on the way.

Squidoo provides almost the perfect model for a free online dating site. Lots of users, traffic and profiles. And people's pages are sooo dynamic. It would be perfect. you can have your own profile, a description, interests, photos, videos, links - contact other people easily and take it from there. What do you think? I'll run a survey plexo

Well I took a break from the Net and Free Online Dating Sites and took myself down to sprinkles to get a cupcake.

Damn they're tasty. Who the hell needs a date when you've got Sprinkles? Well me, actually, time I got back to Gold's and stopped ripping through sprinkles like the LAPD!
