What is the best way to treat a frozen shoulder? You must manage the pain by avoiding painful activities and use anti-inflammatory medications if approved & recommended by your physician.

Meanwhile, For Shoulder Aches & Pain...Arnica Creme

"Oddly enough both my Acupuncture Dr AND Orthopaedic Dr gave me Arnica Creme.
One GREAT thing about Arnica, other than the obvious fact that it reduces / eliminates your aches and pains, it's also odorless and does not ruin your clothes!

I fianlly found a place to buy it online, the www.iherb.com website. And here's a $5 coupon code for your first order of 'whatever' you buy - not just Arnica Creme. Enter code AJO066 - (if you'd rather type than copy and paste: that's A J letter-O number-0 6 6)
That code doesn't expire either.

Which one do I buy? There's variations available, but the Heel BHI Arnica Homeopathic Ointment was best for me. And do be generous and use it 3 times a day like it asks.
It's not greasy and it's odorless! So much better than those stinky creams; and incidently it worked great for bringing down the swelling on a bee sting, too!
You'll find a lot of great pricing on all kinds of other great herbal supplements for various ailments on their site, too.

Why Do You Need Exercises For Frozen Shoulder?

Why Exercises? It already hurts, that doesn't make sense!
Should I move my shoulder even if it hurts? Yes. Well, sort of.
The worst thing you can do is quit moving and using the arm. This will only make the pain and stiffness even worse. So, the best thing to do is work within your pain tolerance and try to move it a bit more each day.
With that said, I do not recommend heavy lifting or forcing the shoulder through extreme ranges of motion, as this typically increases inflammation and prolongs your recovery.

The best technique that I've seen for Frozen Shoulder is Aaron Mattes' Active Isolated Stretching. I've watched him carefully perform his method and get amazing results in a few sessions. The only problem is that only a few of his top practitioners seem to know how to treat this type of advanced problem.
