Yes, some of them do! Frugal Sites use forums as a tool to ensure the readers are always learning new things and finding better ways to save money. The forums also add a community feel to the sites that keep you coming back to get more information. Instead of learning from just the site owner - you are learning from hundreds of people! Everyone comes together to share their resources and knowledge which allows everyone to save even more.
