An introduction to Gary
Gary Gzik is CEO of BizXcel Inc., an organizational development and management consulting firm. He is an international presenter and corporate trainer that has been inspiring people and organizations for the past 24 years. Gary also is a firm believer in personal development, and loves to help people on their path to being the best they can be.Gary's career began with the world's largest training organization, The Dale Carnegie Group. In 1987 Gary ventured into entrepreneurship. This decision was motivated from his belief that every person and organization is unique and therefore the solution must also be unique. This philosophy has gained him a solid reputation for producing results.
Some of his unique organizational development initiatives were highlighted in Canadian Business Magazine in 1995.
Known for his energetic, person centered presentation style; Gary is at home whether keynote speaking to 1500 people, training seminars for 15-20 people or one-on-one management consulting.
To date, Gary has worked with hundreds of organizations and over 10000 individuals, in the areas of leadership development, personal development, team building, conflict resolution, train the trainer, effective communication skills, strategic planning and customer service.
Recent clients include General Motors, General Dynamics, Procter & Gamble, Farmers' Mutual, the United Way, Mohawk Council of Akwesasne, the Sands Casino and the City of Ottawa.
