The GateWars

Ok I know I didn't really describe what is GateWars.com is. Gate Wars is a turn-based game, with turns occurring every thirty minutes.
It is free to sign up and play.

Each half-hour you'll get a certain amount of this material called Naquadah (Naq for short), and 'untrained' units (UU for short), and some attack turns (at for short). Naquadah is for literally everything, upgrading technology, buying weapons, train Untrained Units, generate even MORE Untrained Units, amongst other this you can use it for. Better train those UUs to defense so nobody will rob you for the amount of Naq you got in your back pocket. Those Attack Turns I have mention are used for attacking other people to attempt to steal their naq.

Untrained units are gained from your Unit Production (UP), using your naq can always generate more of your Untrained units at your Training page, the game doesn't tell you how many uus you'll get each turn, but tells you how many you get in a day. Train these uus to:

Attack units, which are use while attacking other players, you need something besides those Attack Turns to attack them. Your attack power has to be stronger than the players defense that you are attacking for an successful attack.

Defense units, which are use for defending yourself from other players, your defense has to be high than the player's attack to succeed protecting yourself.

Covert units are used for spying other players, if you sucseed you can see what they have.

Anti-Covert units are used to prevent other players to see what you have even how much Naq you have and what is the size of your Army.

Miners(lifers) generates the amount of naq you get per half-hour, the more Miners you get the more naq you get. Each 10 Miners you train 1 Lifer will appear. Lifers are exactly the same as a Miner the only difference is that you can not un-train them.

There are some times people did cuss at me, and some rude comments because of wars, and fights. How old should players be to play this game? I would recommend that Teen players can play, or better yet 15 year olds and over, should play this game due to the rude comments I had on this game. I mostly had it on www.gatewars.com, but still should keep in mind this isn't the only MMORPG game out there.

This is what I found kinda silly and stupid, you never know if you are talking to a 10 year old, or a 30 year old that owns a large company. So to any one that reads this please be polite when playing and interacting with people on the internet including MMORPGs.

Another reason I recommend this game if for 15 year olds and over is that to get the most fun out of the game a player needs to be able to use certain skills. Like diplomacy and understand strategic maneuvering. Without those skills your just going to be adding a few numbers here and a few over there and not really getting the full FUN potential out of the game.

Sound simple enough right? You have to type your desire name, password, e-mail so you could dig it in case you have forgotten your pass word, and it is meant for logging you in, and etc.

However the ascended.gatewars.com is a little different. The only way to gain access to this game is by playing the www.gatewars.com game.

There are these points you have to collect called G & R points which is short for Glory and Reputation Score. You should collect these at around the rank of 2000, maybe closer to the 1000 mark. once you've collect 1000 G & R points you can upgrade your account and to have better attack, defense, Anti-intelligence and all sort of stuff, and gain access to the ascended game.

This game may sound kinda confusing at first I know. I was asking what's this mean, and whats that? at first, but of coarse the logical reason to go is the help&rules page and the game updates page. As well as going to the forum.

Each ascension in the main wars are different, the first ascension allows you to play in the Ascended Server and change the race and power in the Main Wars.
However you'll get no Special Technology,

Your Second to Seventh ascensions will be adding a Special Technology called Ascended Blessing, each ascension will add one level of Ascended Blessing. Ascended Blessing will give you a percentage of doing double damage from attacking and/or defending. After your seventh ascension I think you'll have a total of 30% chance to do double damage.

When your planning your ascension over 8 times you'll be getting better stats, for you attack, defense, covert, anti-covert, etc..
