Create Your Own Free Home Based Business Leads

Creating free home based business leads is no longer a mystery or a problem for me nor should it be for you.  Years ago before I learned how to create my own free home based business leads, I purchased 1000 leads to help advertise my home based mlm business.   Since I was not advertising on the internet, I received pre-addressed labels to mail out.  Most of the leads were returned undeliverable.  Those were obviously stale leads.  Also, I did not get one response from the ones that were not returned. 

Another time before I learned to create my own leads, I purchased targeted leads online through a co-op.  I received 30 leads for the month.  Of the 30 leads I was only able to contact 3 of them.  Many of the other leads left wrong phone numbers.  The leads with answering machines did not return my phone message so, these leads were non-responsive.

I am telling you this so you can see that I have first hand knowledge that purchased leads are usually stale or non-responsive, two reasons why buying leads doesn't work. But the main reason buying leads doesn't work is that buying leads is not duplicable.  What I mean is this.  Even if you can afford to purchase leads, most people, especially those just starting out in business on a part-time basis can't afford to purchase them.   In network marketing, you must be able to duplicate your actions to be successful.  Even if you find a source of fresh, responsive, targeted leads and have success with them, (which you probably won't anyway) most people can't or won't duplicate your efforts for the reasons just mentioned.  Think about what John D. Rockefeller said "I would rather earn 1% off 100 people's efforts than 100% of my own efforts.  If you are not duplicating, you are earning 100% of your own efforts.  Not only that, why pay for mlm leads when you can generate your own free leads? 

But if you need leads to help your mlm business grow, how do you create your own free leads? 

How do you create fresh leads? 

If you want your business to grow, fresh leads are a must!

To create free fresh, responsive leads, follow a tested, proven, success system that brings only the most qualified people into your group. The system must have the following four elements: lead generation, prospect follow-up, sponsoring and training your reps to do the same. This is called a "Greased Chute." The steps flow smoothly without any bumps along the way.

If a system has already proven that you can generate fresh, responsive, qualified leads then why reinvent the wheel? Why not follow the leader? The right system at the right time can save you from countless mistakes and years of hard work. If people experience success duplicating your efforts, they will stay with you for life and you'll only have to build your business once. And you'll be able to build it large because you won't have to keep replacing those who quit for lack of results. If you don't have a proven system that can be duplicated and you want to save yourself of countless mistakes and years of frustration, you can get on the right road today with a system that has already been tested and proven.

So you already have a proven system 

Proven by Whom?

If your upline ever suggests to you to buy leads to build your business, ask them if that is how they came into the business? If they say "yes" ask them to put you in contact with their sponsor. Also, ask them to put you in touch with others they have brought into the business through leads. Chances are, they won't be able to do so.

Most so-called proven systems only work for the 10% - those with the natural talent for sales/recruiting or those who desire to learn the skills to become salespeople. Thus, even though their efforts may be duplicable, they are not duplicable for the masses. This MLM industy is about a lot of average people doing a little not a few talented people doing a lot. (Think about what John D. Rockefeller said again.) Not to mention, network marketing is not a sales, recruiting business. It is a people helping people business -- a relationship building industry. If our foremost efforts are to help others succeed, we will succeed in the process -- the law of sowing & reaping.

If you're convinced that you already have a proven system in place that works for the masses that is great. If you have a proven system and have the right company, keep doing what you're doing so you can get where you want to go. I am 100% for you. But, if you're looking for a system that's duplicable for the masses, those who don't like to sell or have no interest in doing so, you are at the right place at the right time to receive the right system that will teach you the skills necessary to succeed in this industry (no sales or closing techniques) and the right system that will teach you how to choose the right company (having the right company is vital to your success). And this system is absolutely FREE. Prove it for yourself. You have nothing to lose.

What is the Right Company? 

One that works with the numbers

I mentioned earlier that not only do you need a proven system you must be in the right company. I'll expound on how to find the right company in another lens but for now just let me say that the right compnay has a compensation plan that allows a new distributor to get into profit with the fewest number of distributors. The compensation plan is very important to your success. Let me ask a question. If you had 400 people on your team, would you rather earn a $1000 per month commission or a $10,000 per month commission? This is not a trick question. Let's say right now you'd be happy with a $1000 per month commission. Would you rather have 50 people on your team to accomplish this or 500 people? You see, the pay structure will make or break you. So, in a nutshell, the right company will have a compensation plan that works with the numbers and pays the highest commission on average volume per distributor. Of course there are other things to look for but as I said I'll cover that in another lens.

How to calculate you commission

So how much will you earn on each of your downline distributors? There is a simple formula to calculate this no matter what type of compensation plan your company has. This is for a unilevel or any matrix. Find the average amount that you will make on each member in your organization based on their autoship. Only include the monthly residual because fast start bonuses are one time commissions. Let's use the example of a 4x7 matrix with a qualifying minimum autoship order of $100.

Calculation

level 1- 2% commission = $2, level 2- 3% commission = $3,
level 3- 5% commission = $5, level 4- 5% commission = $5,
level 5- 6% commission = $6, level 6- 6% commission = $6,
level 7- 8% commission = $8.

If you add all the percentages and divide that by seven you will get 5. So this plan pays an average of 5% in the pay line or $5.00 per distributor. Now that you know how much you'd earn on each distributor you can now calculate how many distributors you actually need to reach your income goal. Simply divide the $5 into the amount of income you would like to make. Let's say the goal is $10k per month (10,000/5 = 2,000). So in this plan you need 2000 people to make $10k in residual income. Some other plans you only earn $2 each, in which case you would need 5,000 distributors. Can you see how important your compensaton plan is? (In fact, I was once with a company where that is what I would have needed.)

Now that you know how to calculate the income per distributor, the question is if you could make that same income with only 400 distributors would that increase your chance of success?

Buying leads has never work, never will work and is just one gigantic leech on the MLM industry. Get the advice from this wise woman, she know of what she speaks.
