Steps To Get Rid Of Acne 


  1. First of all, if you are going through puberty at the moment, then it is very possible that the pimples are simply a result of hormonal changes.

  2. The next step is to make sure you drink plenty of water. Water is much more healthy and better for your skin than so many (if not all) popular drinks such as soda, alcohol, juice, etc. Try drinking around 8 glasses per day, that should help quite a bit

  3. Try to avoid touching your face too much. There are two reasons for this, the first one is that you don't want to pass on any bacteria from your hands to your face and the second one is that you don't want to irritate your skin

  4. Don't squeeze them! Popping pimples, blackheads and whiteheads can actually result in MORE of them appearing as it can spread the infection. It can also cause the appearance of pimples to become worse due to irritation.

  5. Make sure you are well rested and stress free. Almost everyone has stressful times in life, however, if you let it get the better of you, it may cause more acne problems. Try to get enough sleep each night and avoid overly stressful situations unless necessary

  6. Wash yourself twice per day but do it gently. Again, you don't want to irritate the skin, so wash gently rather than scrubbing hard. Once in the morning and once at night should help. If you wash too much, it can make things worse.

  7. In relation to the above tip, try some acne treatments. There are products available that may be able to help you beat acne, or at least reduce it, so try some out and see how they work for you.   8. Avoid too much sunlight. Sunlight can cause the skin to become very dry if you get too much exposure to it, this can result in acne breakouts.

  9. Try not to consume too much sugar, alcohol, chocolate, caffeine or salt. These are some of the things that are believed to be possible contributors to acne problems



The above steps should help you in your battle against acne, in fact, you may find that it is actually quite easy to either reduce or completely eliminate your pimples and zits if you do the steps listed above.

Remember, you should consult your doctor before doing anything you are unsure of as a professional opinion is very important when it comes to health related matters and your doctor should be able to advise you as to the best way forward.
