1. Assess Your Diet - What Have I Been Eating?

Count up how many calories you have consumed in the last week. It doesn't have to be perfect.

What can I take out of my diet on a weekly basis to be able to lose 1 kilo/pound or a certain number calories in one week. Be creative it will pay off.

Let's use this example, yes it is typical but you know it's a good one.

Calories in Thin Crust Pizza
Cheese Pizza, 230 calories per slice
Pepperoni Pizza, 290 calories per slice
Sausage Pizza, 280 calories per slice
Meat-Piled High Pizza, 350 calories per slice Veggie Pizza, 215 calories per slice Spinach Alfredo Pizza, 240 calories per slice

Say I have:
3 slices of Meat-Piled High Pizza pizza totaling 1050 calories instead of 6 pieces totaling 2100 calories reducing my intake by a 1050 calories.

That's a lot in one go, imagine what else can be done with other areas.

What Would Be Enjoyable? 

2.Exercising - Make It Fun!

"Have I done any exercise in this past week?
"How can I do exercises that I enjoy and that will be getting rid of fat?

If you answered no then this is a major part to getting rid of your fat.
If you do some form of cardio exercise at least three times a week you will feel better and you will lose weight, just a little bit to start with and then you keep going.

Knowing that you have to exercise to lose weight, make it as easy as possible.

Ask yourself, what type of exercises would I like to do to lose weight, could you go walking with a friend or with your dog, or can you get on the treadmill at home with some music playing, or watch a music clip to keep you going.

Do an assessment of your calorie intake and work out what you can cut back on.

We used the example of pizza, how many calories you could get rid of if you did this with other foods?

If you started to do exercises like going for a walk with the dog, or listening to music at home while on the treadmill, combine the two and do the program.
