Getting Better-Educated About Starting an Online Business

There are SO many options out there for making money online. Take away the scams, and - wait, there are still too many options. How do you know which one is for you?

When I started looking for ways to make money online (I still did not know at the time that it was my turn to become an entrepreneur and start my own online business), I tried everything I could get my hands on. Free trial here? Sure! Become your affiliate? Of course! Pay only $3.95 for the first month? Count me in! Just fill in offers and I'll send you $15? Yippee! Buy my e-book and I'll show you how to become a millionaire? Where do I sign? Free information? Consider my email address yours.

Unfortunately, every other day I have to cancel something I started...and the number of emails that add up in my email account overnight went from about 10 to about, oh, 30. YIKES!

Let me take you on a tangent. Five years ago, I was on the market for a new girlfriend. I logged on to match.com and made a few friends. Then, I found the woman who is now my wife. I canceled my membership to match and have not returned to the site since. Because of this, I have not made any more new friends on match. Okay, so now you're saying, "DUH, you can't make friends on match if you don't log on to match.com!" But that's just the point. I'm not interested in meeting other women. I have the woman I want.
