Potential Giants Found While On a Giant Squid Treasure Hunt
Squidoo recently held a Giant Squid Treasure Hunt. Any lensmaster could participate, and the goal was to find potential giant squids - lensmasters who made really great, giant-squid-worthy lenses.
We were given 100 clues and sent on our way. This is my entry form. I submitted it with 79 lenses from 79 potential squids. I plan to find the other 21 soon to complete the set - and you can help using the plexo at the bottom of this page. I have already gotten some great help. (Thanks!)
When any of these lensmasters do become giant squids, and I am certain many of them will, I will update this lens to show they have been promoted.
There are a bunch of great lenses here, so enjoy!

The Rules
We were to find a lens that matches each clue, to the best of our personal interpretation, but from people who are NOT already Giants -people who we think has the right stuff to make it as a Giant Squid, whether they have 1 lens or 40.

What I Learned During My Treasure Hunt
In doing this hunt for giant squids I learned a few things along the way:
- The giants kick butt. I discovered countless great lenses by giants in my search. It is amazing how the giants seem to have their hand in every search term I tried. I'm sorry I didn't hang around to leave comments...there were potential giants to be found...and a deadline.
- I assume some people are giants because they are so active. In looking through fan clubs for potential giants, I found myself looking past any face that was very familiar to me. Some lensmasters make amazing lenses, are active on the forums, and leave comments, making them familiar to me and subconsciously I have already promoted them in my head to giants. So, if I have left you off this list and you think you should be here, it is possible I was taking your impending giant-ness for granted.
- I have no idea how to search for squidzippers. I tried...a bunch of times, a bunch of ways. Other than picking through the squidzipper group, I have no clue how to find them.

PG Kanga lives in Australia. This was a really easy clue for me because I didn't have to look at all. Kanga came hopping around my lenses leave a comment here and a comment there. So this clue found me.

PG Botnic asks the most important question of all: Rock Band or Guitar Hero? I haven't played Rock Band yet, but I do love Guitar Hero.
