Towards a Global Welfare State

The international charter of Human Rights sets out the right of every individual to access welfare according to need. The other issue with postmodernity is the ongoing process of industrialistion, where jobs are simplified and taken over by robots.

If you are born into this age without a wealthy family you face slavery or being raked up by the Pri$on industrial complex.

This PAS project aims to create a global budget that meets ethical investment priorities and funds existing NGOs and further, through microfinance, creates a private welfare state to compliment existing government ones, addressing shortfalls and the back door attempt at slavery by the economic class syndicate.

Why a private welfare state? How?

In australia, we are forced to look for work, even if we live in a one horse town, with no horse.

The theory goes, original invesment pool, interest earned goes into shoreing up the existing agencies, a portion also goes to creating an account for every person, remembering that there are some very wealthy people out there, the investment pool being ethical is reinvesting green so we are economically working against the destruction of the planet and for human rights and indeed against bad governments.

The next step is micro credit, again, investment starts in grameen type agencies, but with the pooled investment individuals match their account, starting in the smallest denomination of their own currency, this is refundable, but creates shareholders, the ultimate in participatory democracy.

We are then mitigating against regional poverty through investment. And the donation out of the interest is set at the % of need from food, to shelter.

Water. Nobody can survive without it. You can live a month without food, but without water you would be lucky to last five days.

It's so fundamental to what people can do or become that in 2002, the United Nations declared that access to water is a human right.

So why is it that more than one billion people living in the world's poorest countries still have no clean water to drink, let alone clean water to bathe, cook, grow crops or for sanitation purposes?
