Why Go Natural With Diabetes Treatment?

There are more benefits in going natural with treatments. Considering that drugs are not common in our daily diet, chances are that our body will throws away most of them. The body will think that it's toxic and filter them away. This is why that in most medications, over 50% of them are usually thrown away by our body.
Nopal and It's Function in GLYCOGONE
What Makes Glycogone Tick!
Nopal are a vegetable made from stem segments of prickly pear (Opuntia Cactus). The main ingredient of GLYCOGONE is Nopal extract. Let's see why nopal is so efficient in combating blood-sugar levels. Most species of Opuntia contain a range of alkaloids in ample quantities, notably substituted phenethylamines. While the mere presence of such compounds has been confirmed in many species without further details, they have been studied more thoroughly in others. Identified compounds of medical significance include 3-methoxytyramine, candicine, hordenine, N-methyltyramine and tyramine.
The stem of certain Opuntia spp. can be used to treat type II diabetes, diarrhea, and stomach ache. Some researchers have shown a blood glucose-lowering effect of O. streptacantha, for instance.
But before you buy opuntia or nopal extract on the market and use it to treat your own diabetes, consider these facts. It may be that certain species are effective and useful in diabetes while others are not but this needs to be clarified with further research before recommending its use. Furthermore, when buying nopal in the market, it is impossible to know which species one is buying and therefore whether or not it is useful in treating diabetes.

Diabetes Test and Screening Kit
One way to do this is by using a diabetes test kit. Relatively simple to use and inexpensive, this can be the first step that you can take to battle diabetes. Newer test kits can even detect pre-diabetes.
To determine a good diabetes test kit, it's best to consider these factors:
1. FDA APPROVED - Are the test kits FDA approved?
2. ACCURATE RESULTS - Does it have Nationally Certified Laboratory results.
3. EASY TO USE, CONVENIENT - Because you'll be doing it yourself, a user-friendly test kit is the best choice.

- There is a lot of misinformation on diabetes. Much of this comes from the medical field of experts. The so-called diabetes diet, etc., are just band aids. If people really stopped and thought about what they ate and how their diet and supplements could help, diabetes would not be as common. Thanks for another point of view.

- As far as my research brings me, Glycogone only claims it works well with type 2 diabetes. It's natural ingredients makes it more effective for the insulin in our body to work without any side-effects.
I have to note that Glycogone doesn't say that they do not work with type 1 diabetes (actually, I'm waiting for their reply to my mail the other day about this matter), but just to be on the safe side, it's better to consult with your physician first before taking this treatment.
