And second, No, it's because you will not really have free ppc ads up, but will just offsets your ppc ad costs by doing text & banner advertisements on your site.

The core idea is to bid on expensive ppc keywords, put advertisements on your sites, for which advertisers pay you, then if you applied the secret, you will then have your ad cost offset by your advertisements bill.

I also must inform you that for me, this is suited for those experienced marketers, and for those who can afford to risk out loads of money. If you can not offset your ppc costs, then you will have a large adwords costs.
