Personalize your results with Searchwiki
Google Searchwiki is the newest addon to the Google search service, and is the biggest update to their search service in more than a year. Google Searchwiki adds a Web 2.0 aspect to the search results, allowing users to raise or lower items in the search engine results page. Users can also add their own comments about a particular result that will be visible to other users that search for the same thing.

How does this affect the rankings?
As of release on November 20, while comments are visible to other users, changing the order of your search results does not affect what others see. However, it is believed by many web professionals that Google is moving toward a human-edited directory. This would make Google search results behave more like the links in Web 2.0 directories like Digg and Del.ico.us.

I cannot believe Google will not try and use the massive amount of data they will get from Searchwiki to try and improve their search results.
