any people are interested in making some extra cash. A lot of people are excited about trying to make it online. They have heard stories of the instant millionaires out there that made it big in half an hour. Well it ain't gonna happen. But what will happen is Google Adsense. Google Adsense for Baby Boomers

When you are finally ready to make a change

T

here has got to be a reason why so many people, young and old are flocking to the internet to make money. Some are just playing with a new toy. These are the ones that are not really serious. It is just a game. They may even be successful because there is no stress or "need" and these people are usually very young and have all the time in the world. They are also frequently Techies and very computer literate.

Then there are those that are desperate, there is no other hope, they have tried everything else. The internet can be an answer, but desperation is never the way to make good decisions. And don't let anyone tell you that working online is easy and you can be a millionaire in the next 10 minutes with no effort on your part. It just isn't going to happen.

And then there is the third class., those people that are interested in making an online income to supplement there existing income and even eventually replace their 9 to 5 income and eventually be able to quit there regular jobs.

Some people are trapped into thinking they have no choice but to work until they are seventy... Wrong!

There is one more class, Baby Boomers. That's me. We are that generation that is aging, nearing retirement, but won't be able to (at least not as soon as most of us would like.) and therefore we must keep working. We have lived too expensively and made a few reckless decisions along the way. We have credit card debt, a huge mortgage and expenses in an economy that is sucking the life out of all of us.

We don't want to work until we are past seventy!! But what choice do we have?

I'll tell you what choice. You really need to take a serious look at a>. It is easy, easily understood even if you are a beginner, and doable for all of us. It is an amazing way to make an income, big or small. The potential is there.

In the next year, if I can improve my finances

Sylviane_Nuccio says:

I May never really retire form internet marketing, because I just love it so much, but from my j.o.b just as from now I am retired of this thing LOL!

AndyPo says:

I sort of retired already at the age of 41, earlier this year. I have set up a consulting company, in case I am needed for some consulting work or training or if I decide to do some short contracts etc. but so far I am enjoying the freedom of early retirement. I'm still working several hours a day on the internet though.

ElizabethJeanAllen says:

My husband and I are on the right track. We can retire in another year or two, but even if I stop teaching, I'll still be writing.

deb_mc says:

People say I have already retired because I am on disability. I don't think I have because I am still working hard on the internet. I want to crack this nut.

WendyKrick says:

Well it may take more than a year, but it will be way before I'm 60. I am a believer that royalty income is a must in this day and age especially with the economic crisis. We need to create our own money.
~Wendy

colbor says:

Never ! But I will start to take it easier soon - well, at the moment I only work two days a week teaching ! Susan , great to see that you did the 30 Day Challenge - it was a mind blowing experience for me as well - let's hope it will all bear fruit !

nightbear says:

I really don't intend to work more than another year, I am giving myself that long to get my online income up to par.

leongriffin says:

I don't know about retire but I am done working for the corporate world. Companies make money by getting people to work for it. The JOB is a sort term solution to a long term problem.

Never, I am going to die at the JOB and broke

Webcodes says:

I am still young, but in these economic times, it's hard to save some money for retirement. I guess it will be around 70 or so

poddys says:

I'm working as hard as ever trying to get by. I don't have a lot put aside for retirement, so I can see myself working until I am 70, my health fails, or I drop... Sad really, so much I would love to do if I didn't have to work. Just need to win the lottery or find my niche to earn a decent living online without having to work 40 hours a week.

SoyaMilk78 says:

I'm really not sure. I am a whipper snapper so plenty of time left. I am in a job I really enjoy and get great pleasure in what i do. Obviously i would rather not have to work for ever but retirement is a while of yet.

Marianne says:

100! LOL

Pantherart says:

Never I am working harder trying to make money on line then I did working

I use Adsense on a very limited basis, but it does bring in a little moolah once in a while. I admit to being a little less than enthused about the content of the ads at times, which often seems to be at odds with the content of my websites, but I know that if I were to dive into it more and put more time into the learning curve, I could probably improve on that and earn more from it.

What a fantastic lens, I tried adsense a couple of years ago, but if I'm truthful it was rather half-heartedly. I'll download your book and give it a proper go now!

Great information. I have been using Adsense for 6 months, made close to $100 last month. It's not a lot, but enough to make me want to work harder at it. If I can make $500 or more a month then that starts to look really good.

Excellent lens (5*) I used GoogleAds for a while on my web-site, but they cancelled my account before I was able to collect any money. I haven't managed to find a good alternative.
