GotApparel.com - Newest Kid on the T-shirt Block

Ok, so until recently I was hanging by a thread (literally) as my t-shirt supplier jacked up my prices for the second time this year. And believe me, if I can't get the basics for my t shirt printing operation ... you can bet that I could care less about the more 'fashionable' stuff.

Well thanks to GotApparel.com, I am breathing a whole lot better these days. Just take a look at GotApparel.com and you'll see what I mean... Great product layout, colorful images (a stark contrast with other online stores), variety of product categories, flawless on-site product navigation and not to mention all the extra on-site features that help me make a great purchase. These guys have it all. So I actually called them up last week and I was surprised to discover the guys over at GotApparel.com are preparing to release a NEWER and BETTER version of their online store. Now not only will you be able to leave your feedback for all purchased products but also be notified of low inventory items. What more could a screen printer ask?

My personal favorite feature is the ability to Chat with LiveHelp. This makes my job so much easier, since I'm talking with quite a few clients at a time, with varying t shirt and apparel needs. I don't have to wait for a product sample to be sent to me to know the product ins 'n outs. But wait ... you say you don't like talking to the computer? Not to worry. I even called in to see just how these guys respond to customer calls, and by far, the gentleman at the other end was beyond helpful. He gave me a customized price for my bulk purchase and even sent me a FREE perpetual $10 gift card. And to think, customer service was dead! You can bet I'll be giving them all my business.

Just an FYI for the t-shirt buyers, there's quite a few Name Brands GotApparel.com has yet to make available in their store. Through my conversation with the gentleman over GotApparel.com I found out that these brands would be featured on the newer version: Alternative Apparel - kinda like American Apparel but much more trendy with even more styles, Dickies - great brand for the embroidery guys looking for industrial material, Rabbit Skins - an increasingly popular infant/baby clothing line, IZOD - famous golf polo shirts, Desert Wash - a vintage line of shirts with really interesting colors, Great Republic - another trendy brand that goes more for the contemporary look, Bella - premier Ladies brand that has every women's style imaginable, and many more brands that you'll just have to explore for yourself. The best part about these New Brands is that they look great even without getting printed.
