I want to tell those people who are constantly brainwashed and blinded by hard work of Russian media.
I want to mention that information war against Georgians have started far before the actual war from Russia's side..
I am the person who has seen how Russian forces bombed the city of Poti, and killed number of innocent people, in Senaki(city located far away from conflict zone) they bobbed the center of the city causing tens of people's death including my friend and his all four family members.
And after what i've seen or went through i read on internet the letters full of cinysizm and lies, that is just disgusting.
Russians concentrate their attention to what Georgian side has done in Tskhinvali, but maybe you should also mention my friends why Osetian separatist opened fire against Georgian villages?

On your opening paragraph - crime is in the perspective of the beholder, in this case, isn't it? When sovereignty is disputed, who determines what is a crime. I'd like to see more discussion of the subtleties of this conflict.

What's happening in the Northern Caucasus? Mikhail Saakashvilli, the President of Georgia, wages war against women and children! It's disgraceful! It's monstrous!
My colleagues were in the capital of South Ossetia - Tshenvalli. Whey were going to live Osetiya next day. But they couldn't do it%u2026
August, 7th. It was night. About midnight my colleagues and the whole city Tshenvalli was awaken by the sounds of explosions. People were in panic. They even couldn't take their passports and money. They had time only to take their children. Frightened people tried to hide themselves in cellars of their houses. The whole morning and day the citizens of Tshenvalli were forced to stay in cellars without food, fresh water and light. Children were crying, asking for food and water. They heard only the sounds of explosions and shooting above. In several hours when the silence came , my colleagues decided to live their shelter. When they opened the door, they saw terrible picture. There were nothing in the street, but ruins. They saw dead people, - men, women and even children! There was one old woman, she was squashed (!) by Georgian tank. My colleagues managed to call their relatives and friends and told them about Georgian invasion into peaceful country, South Ossetia, and about killed peaceful citizens. They couldn't tell more because a shot rang out. They had to come back in the cellar.
Besides, I saw on TV that Russian peace-makers were shooted: 15 peace-makers are dead, about 50 - wounded. The Government of South Ossetia asked Russians for help.
Russian troops managed to enter Tshenvalli only in the evening. Today Russian soldiers enter the district where were my colleagues, they brought them food and fresh water. But their cell-phones are out of charge and they still can't leave Tshenvalli because of Georgian sharp-shooters!
My friends in Finland and England called me and asked about the situation in the Northern Caucasus. They told me that their TV channels said that "Russia invaded Georgia", but they didn't believe it. I also heard that famous American channel "CNN" told the same. It's a nonsense! There are no any American or English reporters in the territory of South Ossetia or near. There are no reporters at all, but Russian and Georgian ones (I can see it on TV,- during interviews there were only Russian and Georgian microphones in the frame).
It's a pity, that "CNN" collect rumours and unchecked information! It is disgusting!
I think, this invasion is a real genocide against Ossetian people, aimed to destroying the whole nation! Ossetian people are tired of Georgian aggression.
Today the President of South Ossetia announced that the number of victims of Georgian invasion increases every hour. He said that more than 1500 peaceful citizens are killed by Georgian troops in Tshenvalli and neighbor villages. Several South Ossetia villages are wiped off the map of Northern Caucasus! The Government of South Ossetia sais that there may be alive people under ruins! But Georgian sharp-shooters don't pass ambulances and humanitarian cars and trucks to invaded districts! I saw in local TV channel Ossetian ambulances with the tracks of bullets. In interviews Ossetian doctors said that they were shooted by Georgian soldiers, when they tried to enter ruined villages and Tshenvalli.
I think, there is no excuse for such a country leader, who order to kill women and children! M. Saakashvilli and his Masters in the USA, who give the Georgian President money and weapon for this terrible war, are in one position with such international terrorists as Ben Laden!
Who will be next? Abkhazia? Stop international terrorists and liars!
