Why Did I Make The Site?
Well, ever since I was little, I have absolutely loved the outdoors. My family and I would go camping, horseback riding, and even white water rafting when I was still very young. Because I have loved the outdoors for so long, I decided to enjoy that love with everyone else online who shares that love with me by making a website. At this point, the website is a work in progress but my goal is to turn it into an online community of people who love the great outdoors.
My Favorite Site Features
As time goes on, GreatOutdoorsGear.com will obviously be changing and growing, but for now here are my favorite parts:
1. The Sites Comparison Page- This feature allows people looking for specific Site Features and Brands to see which site will most adequately fit what they are looking for.2. "My Guide To Finding Great Outdoors Gear"- This is a basic step-by-step process to lead yourself where you want to go online.
3. The Multi-Site Search Bar- The Multi-Site Search Bar is very useful for comparing product prices on different sites at the same time. There are only two site for now, but development is underway for adding many more.
Activities And Categories On The Site
The activities you can take part of outside are quite literally endless, the activities talked about on GreatOutdoorsGear.com have a slightly smaller number. They are some of my favorite outdoor activities but stay tuned and watch for more activities to find their way onto the site.
