The Day Off Diet is the latest trend that I've been trying, and it uses green light foods. At first it may sound confusing, but in all honesty, it's one of the easiest methods to grasp. Many diets use strict, tedious guidelines. With the Day Off Diet, you aren't spending most of your time trying to keep track of every little calorie as with other diets.The green light foods are one of the secrets to this. They are healthy foods that your taste buds won't turn their nose up at. By centering your diet around green light foods, you're able to enjoy more freedom while still losing weight. Green light foods include a wide variety, as well. Therefore you don't get stuck in "ugh, another yummy helping of (insert the food you're tired of stuffing down your throat here!)".
