2. 2 color photographs of the spouse
3. Tax returns of last three years
4. Proof of the current financial condition of the spouse, even an employment letter of the last organization will be accepted.
5. Proof of the financial condition of the U.S. citizen, letter head of the current organization and tax forms of last three years.
6. Copy of the passport and visa of the applying spouse and I-94.
7. Legal status of the spouse after coming to the U.S. I-797, I-20, IAP-66.
8. Marriage certificate.

The couple has been married for more than two years before the foreign spouse is admitted into U.S. If admission of a permanent resident of alien spouse has to be removed then join petition of the both the spouses is required 90 days before the second anniversary.
