Salmon is an incredibly versatile fish. You can cook salmon in most any manner. I personally love grilled salmon. To grill salmon you can simply season it with some salt, pepper, and some oil or you can prepare a more sophisticated marinade with herbs, for instance. Well, there are uncountable recipes for grilled salmon you can choose from. Below you find some of my favorites grilled salmon recipes. I hope you like them!
Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
4 salmon steaks,1-inch thick
1/3 cup sesame seed, toasted
Directions:
In shallow dish, combine lime rind and juice, oil, mustard, salt and pepper; add fish, turning to coat. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Reserving marinade, remove fish; sprinkle with sesame seed. Place on greased grill directly over medium heat. Add soaked wood chips. Cover and cook, turning and basting with marinade halfway through, for 16-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

Grilled Salmon With Honey Mustard Glaze
Ingredients:
6 oz salmon fillets, brushed with oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 pinch dry coleman's mustard
2 tablespoons warm water
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preapre the honey-mustard glaze by combining in a bowl the honey, mustard,
water, and soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes. Turn the fish over carefully only once to mark the surface; cook to desired texture. Brush flesh side of fish with glaze before removing from grill. Serve at once.
6 oz salmon fillets, brushed with oil
