Only thing that worked for me was the Grow Taller For Idiots Guide. There is some really good tips and I have noticed growth pretty quick.

Funny really, because I bought this as a last resort and didn't expect much of it but it actually worked lol..

I would like to be about 2 inches taller. I'm 5'9" so I'm about average but I would like to be slightly less vertically challenged!

It's hard to grow taller naturally after puberty. The best bet is to use shoe lifts. I'm 24 and only 167cm, with shoe lifts I'm 174cm and look fine standing with other men.

That's very good idea to increase height. I notice the trend that Asian are getting taller while the American are getting shorter. This might be due to the diet that has a long term effect. Anyway I have a cousin who used to be very short and small in size. He bought a pair of shoe lifts and since then he live a more confident and better life. That's something like this> height insoles.

well the stretching exercises you should be doing anyway if you want to play to your best ability. So why not? Eating a healthy, nutritious diet and exercising regularly are also extremely important for an athlete and will beneit you in countless ways. I personally haven't seen any real evidence supporting any of these growing taller methods. I've only seen evidence showing ways to stunt your growth, which I suppose is the same thing in a way....so avoid caffeine, and more harmful drugs, take a multivitamin and eat well, stretch and exercise and don't put too much strain on your back or frame for extended periods.

No. That really isn't possible. You really need to eat properly and by properly I mean breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you don't then your metabolism is going to go haywire and it is going to have an adverse impact on your body.

well will it still work if you only eat diner?

Growing 5 inches in a short peroid of time is a tall order. excuse the pun. How long do you have?
Maybe I got lucky but I virtually lived in the swimming pool after being told this is as good an exercise as any for growing and ate more than the rest of my family combined. nothing seemed to happen for a a few months and suddenly I had legs like a giraffe. My personal experience is that it will work but your going to have to stick to it and avoid a lot of tempatations like junk food and late nights. the most important thing you do is eat properly. There is no such thing as too many vitamins or proteins.
