This lens focuses on the power of meditation -- especially guided meditation -- for personal development, greater awareness, health and well-being, success, relaxation, and life balance.
In our fast-paced world, we need to find practices that calm and relax us. For most people, twenty minutes a day in a meditative state, along with other simple and healthy practices, can be replenishing, strengthening, and revitalizing.
