- The "Guide from Inside" is great not only for children, but for adults, too. My daughter and I both enjoy the rhymes, and the touching pictures convey life-lessons and associated emotions even by themselves. The book promotes positive thought and action, which in turn can help a young (or not so young) person's self-esteem. Set a young person's course in a healthy direction and they will always have that inner guide on which to draw strength and wisdom.
