Guitar Finger Exercises: Three Essential Fret-Hand Exercises

I pretty much lived my whole life for, with, and about guitar.

I've written many books on guitar and music for Hal Leonard, the world's largest music publisher, and two very popular self-published courses which have been snapped up by players in dozens of countries on all six populated continents.

I've been a player for more than 33 years, a teacher for more than 25, and spent most of my adult life interviewing guitar celebrities such as B.B. King, Jeff Beck, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Jimmy Page, Aerosmith, the Allman Brothers (and too many more to name) as a successful music journalist for most of the major guitar magazines.

I learned so much about guitar from all these legends, from my own decades of playing, and during my stints as editor of Fender's Frontline magazine, Guitar.com, and Musician.com, not to mention the years I spent running vintage guitar website Gbase.com and guitar lesson site GuitarVision.com.
