Buy Guitar Hero III for the Wii
If you are currently a fan of the Guitar Hero series or if you just like to pretend that you're a rock star, you are going to love this new game.
Activision and Red Octane are releasing the new Guitar Hero III game with an awesome controller, the Gibson Les Paul wireless controller. This game will ship for the XBOX 360, Playstation 3 and of course the Wii. The controller has been redesigned since the introduction of the version for Guitar Hero II, and sports a removable neck for easy transport and other cool features.
Featuring an accelerometer in the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions it should be easier now to pull off Star Mode and launching attacks against opponents (more on that in a moment). The Wii version has a spot that is designed to hold the Wii remote. It uses the same cool motion detection technology that is already part of the Wii. It has different levels of difficulty and also sports a combat mode, so you can go head to head with your rocker friend. The features are too numerous to mention in this short article. The music selection is varied and goes from the 60's to the present.
Once you try this you will find it hard to put it down. Remember how addictive the DDR revolution was, well this is even worse. Cool Dude!
Release is right around the corner....
The release is right around the corner, but since you have to wait a couple more days, here is a good article (Interview: Guitar Hero III Developers Won't Stop The Beat) from the Wired Blog at http://blog.wired.com/games/2007/10/interview-guita.html
Go check it out and come back to pre-order your own game or if it's after the launch come back and get yours early for Christmas. When you shop here, you shop at Amazon.com, with all the protection and service you've come to expect.
