I have heard that some of EVH's tone can be attributed to the fact that he boils his guitar strings for 20 minutes and then drys them in the sun before using them for just 1 gig. is this just a fable or is it an insider secret to good tone

One of the most disturbing rock lore stories has to be when Alice Cooper supposedly brought out a burlap bag with 6 puppies tossing them into the crowd announcing that a sacrifice had to be made before the show would go on.The most disturbing part of this story is how quickly it took for the fans to fullfill this request as it is said that with in a few minutes all 6 were returned to the stage and that none were moving!
KISS Comics Printed with Blood?
I don't know if my friends just like pulling my leg. because some of these stories are unbelievable. A friend of mine said that they had heard an interview on a radio station with Gene Simmons, and Gene A.K.A the Demon had said that when the KISS comics were printed. KISS had a small amount of their blood mixed into the ink before they started printing the comics. Talk about putting your blood sweat and tears into your work this is just weird enough to be true in my opinion. KISS Memorabilia on ebay
