Gun Control

Gun control is a childish myth created by liberal politicians whereby an attempt is made to shift responsibility away from those who commit crimes toward blaming guns for the crimes.

Anyone with common sense knows that crimes will be committed - regardless of what kind of weapons are available.

Just look through history before guns were invented. War and crime raged for many years before the gun was even a thought.

Everyone would like to see lower crime - but only a child could think gun control leads to less crime.

Gun Control - Why it Fails

Gun Control

FailureFive reasons why gun control is such a failure.

1) Guns don't commit crimes, people do.

2) As we've seen with the war on drugs - outlawing something (guns in this case) won't make it less available.

3) If criminals don't have guns, they'll use other weapons. As we've seen in the UK where gun laws are very restrictive - crimes committed with knives has increased substantially.

4) Criminals do not follow the law, only law-abiding citizens follow the law. Gun control only adds laws that law-abiding citizens will follow.

5) A government should never punish law-abiding citizens for acts committed by criminals. All gun control does is take guns from the hands of law-abiding citizens and place them in the hands of criminals.

You are absolutely right. I live in Hungary where gun laws are very restrictive, though there is definitely a demand on the part of the average citizens to protect themselves with guns.
