Just the other day I overhead and mother and her grown daughter talking about shopping for the granddaughter and what I heard shocked me!   "Why doesn't anyone dress their little girl up anymore?"

It's a rite of passage to parade your little girl in front of your friends and family with dresses so cute it evokes dozens of "Awwwws" from even the hardest crowd of onlookers.
