This beautiful Victorian home includes a central family room, formal living and dining rooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen and several amazing outdoor areas. The upper level features a master suite and two additional bedrooms, each with their own full bath.

I've been reading the Dream Home Blog and have noticed many people asking if there is a bathroom on the first floor. Yes...there is indeed a half bath (powder room) downstairs. You can see it on the bottom of the two plans below. The room isn't labeled, but it's right between the stairway and the Study.
