Is using water for gas a fantasy?
Then we discovered ON DEMAND SYSTEMS
These units only produce gas, while the engine is running.
They are run off the cars electric system.Contrary to popular belief, they are not a type of battery. They are more like a small refinery. They use elecrolysis to seperate the molecules of oxygen and hydrogen from the water and they rise as a gas.
The gas that rises in not pure hydrogen, but a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen molecules, know as Brown's gas, dirty gas, or HHO.
This gas is highly explosive. It is rocket fuel. When bled into the air intake of your vehicle, it causes your gas to burn more completely and cleaner. It can raise your gas mileage between 15 to 70 percent. In some cases more.
It also reduces emmissions, often to the point that a catalytic converter is not necessary. It is better for the environment. The by-product of burning this gas is water!
Plus, it is good for your engine. It reduces pinging and helps the whole thing run smoother.
If you have an older vehicle like ours, it is hard on the exhaust system, because of the potential for rust from the water.
We recently ordered an HHO electrolyser
We wanted to try out some of these new techniques, but we were sceptical. The results were immediate and quite startling. We ordered a single basic electrolyzer. As soon as it was installed, there were several noticeable differences. Our truck had been running pretty rough, and you could hear and see the improvement. My husband was able to tighten the idle screw without the motor dying (first time ever). I noticed that there was not as much smoke and fumes coming from the exhaust. My husband took it for a test drive. He said it accelerated better than it ever had. When he pulled back into the drive, he yelled out the window at me "Make 5 more!" These are very simple units.
But a big truck like ours needs more than one for optimum gas savings.

This company goes a little overboard on the "Why you need HHO" I feel like we already know why. Most people are just looking for the how!
The webiste looks horrible. It is loud and WAY OVERSOLD. They also spam, and it makes them look like con artists. It took me a long time to get the nerve to spend my money with them.
BUT the plans are first rate and the most complete, easy to use and understand, that I have seen.
For these reasons, and because the product not just worked, it amazed us, I recommend using these plans.

Water4Gas Type Spiral Electrode HHO System
I started building these cells early in 2008 and have since redirected my efforts toward developing the electronics necessary to make them work as described for fuel injected engines.

The preliminary results are in
So we filled the truck and drove 46 miles hwy and then refilled and calculated the mileage. It was almost 17 MPG. Over a 40% improvement.
Next we filled up and drove around town in heavy stop and go traffic. We only got 13.1 mpg. Not quite as dramatic, but still any improvement is helpful when gas prices are in excess of $4.25 per gallon.
Our 3rd test was pulling the horsetrailer up a 5,000 ft climb. We got just over 11.5 mpg. The really impressive thing was, we never had to shift down to second gear. We ran the whole trip in 3rd gear and we were able to accelerate, even on the steeper slopes, doing 50 mph plus. Normally we make this drive doing 35 mph and chugging along in second gear.
Mikes comments were "Even if the mpg was not always significantly higher, the difference in the power available makes the system well worth putting in."
We still haven't added some of the components that should compliment the system. With a truck our size, I think we should put in a 6 pack instead of a single hho generator.
Our old farm truck
1978 Chevy
It has a 350, with 270,000 mi.Latest test. Driving backroads, roads and sometimes hauling water. We are up to about 18.33 MPG. Mike has done some adjustments etc. But not too bad for an old farm truck with bad rings.
Briggs & Straton old 3.5 horse 1400 watt generator test
This allowed a little more control
We used a single spiral hho generator, brand new. At first it overheated because of too much baking soda( my husband had put in 9 teaspoons. So we poured it out and added only 2 teaspoons, a very conservative amount.
We measured out 4 oz of gas and ran our old generator with a load and then timed it with a stop watch until it ran out of gas.
It took 6 minutes and 53.23 seconds.(413.23 seconds)
Then we measured the gas again and poured it into the tank. We ran the tests under the same circumstances, only we hooked a new hho generator to the Briggs an Straton. This time it ran for 8 minutes 18.68 seconds. (498.68 seconds)
This is about a 20.5% increase.
We ran the test a second time with no load on the generator.
First time it ran for 8 minutes 29.06 seconds or (509.06 seconds)
Then with the HHO connected it ran for 9 minutes 41.04 seconds. (581.04 seconds)
This was about a 16% increase.
We are wondering if the gain will increase as the engine cleans itself.
Please let us know if you have had success using HHO

Hey, your pics are super tiny. Try hosting them in photobucket or on your website and using image tags in the text. If you do that, you can make them any size you want.
