I moved to NC about 3 years ago, while I understand the premise behind the homeowners associations, what's the saying....power goes to your head. That is an understatement of our HOA!!! What is good for the goose in not good for the gander. Forget about using the pool because the HOA board members feel it is thier's and make anyone uncomfortable about going. Teenagers...oh the HOA won't stand for any teenagers in our neigborhood constantly calling the police. Can't wait to move out of here, not out of NC, but out of this subdivision. I have 2 more years to go and it's going to be a very long 2 years here.
