- If your homeowner association needs a website, rather than paying hundreds of dollars, you can get one for free.
Go www.HOAsOnline.com and just register your community.
Our associaiton got one free website from them. We can customize contents and control who can access the site. So far, it has been proved quite useful and a big money saver for our community.

- I moved to NC about 3 years ago, while I understand the premise behind the homeowners associations, what's the saying....power goes to your head. That is an understatement of our HOA!!! What is good for the goose in not good for the gander. Forget about using the pool because the HOA board members feel it is thier's and make anyone uncomfortable about going. Teenagers...oh the HOA won't stand for any teenagers in our neigborhood constantly calling the police. Can't wait to move out of here, not out of NC, but out of this subdivision. I have 2 more years to go and it's going to be a very long 2 years here.
