- Storynory Educational Stories
- Greek Myths, Robin Hood, Saints' Holidays, and more. You can also find many recordings of great literature and geographic tales on this site. My children find the voice of the woman who reads these a bit annoying, but I enjoy them.
- KidsKnowIt Educational Songs
- These songs are not downloadable, but you can listen to them all free on the site. There are some really catchy songs for teaching facts about various topics. My kids had a lot of fun with Yo Mo Concerto.
- Free Kids Music
- Free and legal MP3 music download for kids! You have to search through to find the educational songs, but there are a lot that are just fun too.
- Singing Science Records
- A six-LP set of science-themed folk songs converted to MP3's available for free download. Some evolutionary content.

- Children's Records: Children's Vinyl Record Series
- There were a number of children's record series (vinyl records) sold in the US during the 1950's and 1960's. Among them were Tale Spinners for Children, Golden Records, Mercury Storyteller, Pathways of Sound, Telegeneral Let's Pretend and Riverside Wonderland. Many records available here as zipped MP3 files.
