    These cupcakes are really creepy! (in a good way!) I just saw a recipe in a Kroger flyer for Candy Corn cupcakes. Essentially, you pour in orange colored batter first, top with yellow colored batter. After baking and cooling cupcakes, top with a dollop of white icing or cool whip. Adorn with a piece of candy corn. You should try it and make a lens! (It would be good for Thanksgiving as well.)

    This is really great considering the huge popularity of cupcakes these days and cupcakes make so much sense...great for kids, especially. I saw another cute mummy cupcake idea on another website but I'll be darned if I can remember where it was. The mummy cupcake on your link is just as fun and there will be no problem finding it again...just have to get back to your lens!

    Even though I can practically gain weight just looking at your Halloween cupcakes lens, that's not enough to stop from at least trying out a few of these recipes this year. I'm bookmarking this lens and I will be letting my brother's kids pick out which ones we will make.

    If you had a little thumbnail image for each recipe that would be awesome cause then I could just have each one of them pick out a different design without having skip around too much. I tried to do the same thing on my Halloween Squidoo lens that's titled, "Not another list of free Halloween pumpkin carving patterns".

    Your Perfect Pumpkin cupcakes are a great idea. I can use the recipe for a Thanksgiving event, minus the bats. Goulish looking treats your cupcakes they are!

    I've never made halloween cupcakes. But I did eat a few of those in last years halloween party. Didn't know it's easy to do. Guess I'll try making this year.

    Our family favorite is Red Velvet cupcake. I'm not sure why. Could it be the color? Scrumptious. You have even better ways of making these cupcakes look bloody biteable for the un-dead this Halloween!

    Way to go with the Halloween cupcake recipe ideas. Lots of great ways to be creative with cupcakes. Your photos makes them look really delicious too. I'm referring this lens to my wife but she'll probably have me making them anyway so I'm glad you're making them easy for us.

    YOu have some great ideas here!
    I have plans for cupcaking this weekend with my 8 yo future "martha stewart". one of the things we are doing is making grave stones out of graham crackers quarters and decorting with writting tip icing to add spider webs, BOO, RIP ad other halloween conotations! Chocolate sprinkles covering the top of the black frosting for the "drit/ground" effect. Hopw they turn out great! I love decorating cupcakes and cakes!

    This really brings back memories. My great aunt would bake chocolate cupcakes and stick plastic witches, skulls, pumpkins, and black cats on them. We always stopped at her house last so we could eat the cupcakes on the way home without worrying aboaut messing up our costumes.
