What mostly happens in Construct is people want to rush to the top, as most of the power weapons are at the top.Now don't forget there are still 2 maulers down at the bottom-most level behind the 2 purple lifts. Since this is a big level, I really don't recommend getting the missile pod, much less the flamethrower.
Most people will get a BR and can easily dodge the shots and move around. You need to get control of the sword - that's really the most important thing.
You want 3 guys to go up the lifts and rush the sword, and one guy to fight off and distract the other team rushing the sword (because you'll always spawn in one of 2 places and they are close-by each other).
As one person gets the sword you want EVERYONE ON YOUR TEAM TO GET A BR! The level is big and it's a much better weapon than the AR mid-range.
Next you want someone to get the sniper and stay there so he can pick off anyone coming across the open hallways from the orange to the purple lifts.
Now that he's there, you want the sword to stay together with everyone else. Communicate, and try and camp the orange lift as most people will come up this and it's the easiest point to get some good mid-range kills of people that come up the purple lift.
As your sniper is the most vulnerable, make sure he holds onto the bubble so he can protect himself. Don't forget that from the open hallways at the top level you can jump to the sniper-spawn and protect your sniper. He's a key point in winning the game.

- if u find urself in a situatiuon where u get stuck by a plasma or a spike granade, run after the person who through it. It will give u a kill and them a suicide.

- Use small heads and small body, Don't bunny hop. Spam lifts with nades before going up. WATCH YOUR RADAR. Do teabagging motion when somebody's gonna snipe you: it makes you harder to hit. Don't follow people around corners.

- i play halo 3 all the time and constantly find myself in a bad position were i need to get out of it quick thats y its good to know some jumps so you can jump your way to safety. find and then practice these jumps and you wont ever be saying aww man i spawned in a bad spot.

- nice, a really good thing to do when in a sword clash is to slash with B, then while the opponent, will most likely still be trying to lunge, you can already lunge without delay, and can lunge and get an easy kill
