Instead of going into too much detail about what you get in the Hardgainer Project X program, since I have talked about that before I will talk about why I think this program is so special and the importance of it.
Jeff Anderson has really put together an amazing program, it has everything that you need in one complete downloadable package to put on serious amounts of weight and muscle.
If you are a hardgainer skinny guy or suffer from being skinny fat (skinny body - fat stomach) then there really is no other program that comes close to packing the punch that Hardgainer Project X does.
Remember, this whole program is dedicated to skinny people and that's it. It's a highly target and focused guide for only one specific body type and that's why it gets such dramatic results.
