I love my Harley Davidson motorcycle. I ride a 1993 Heritage Softail. My husband rides a 1995 Heritage Softail Nostalgia. There is no way to explain the great feeling you get of being out on the open road with the wind in your face and all the days worries behind you.  The trouble with being in Michigan is that we don't get a long enough season. But we sure do have some beautiful places to go riding. 

 Harley Davidson News is so I can keep you all up to date on what is going on here in Michigan with different events that I hear about, a way to find motorcycle parts and meet people.

Party With The Bikers In Michigan At These Events

Here are a couple of events that are going to be coming up:

MAY

MAY 4th Spring Run- Mt.Garfield MCC. Muskegon,MI.
This is a great run, they always have a good turn out. Rain or Shine a lot of riders show up for this run.

May 18th Blessing of the Bikes, Baldwin, MI.
There is only one thing to say about the Blessing of the bikes in Baldwin. Thousands and Thousands of Bikers .... The small town is packed for the weekend.

JUNE

June 13th-15th Harley Round Up, Cycle Moore Camp Ground, Interlochen,MI.
We attend this event along with many others and as you can see from the pics on the page we have a very good time.
June 20th-22nd Sandy Corley Memorial, JJ Ranch and Resort, Rothbury,MI.
If you want a good weekend get away this is usually another one. Also have a lot of good pics and good memories.

JULY

JULY 18th-20th Muskegon Bike Time. Muskegon,MI.
This will be the 2nd year. For this event, last year the had a good turn out all three days and it was a good time also.

Sandy Corley Event...

It is Thurs. night Steve and I went Up to the Double JJ to Set up Camp and it is a good thing we did that camping area is already looking as full as it was last year. I think they are going to have a great turn out this year.

People are parting it up and having a great time already.

So we are pulling out tomorrow morning on the bikes to party it up for the weekend. Have a good time.

25th Great Lakes Harley Round Up 2007

When you are never to old to have alot of fun.

We had another great weekend up at the Cycle Moore Camp ground. The people there are always alot of fun. Not that you always remember from one day to the next what has happened up there but everyone seems to be having a great time. The band that played on Friday and Saturday night was GREAT as always. The food was very good and your beer was served with a smile.

People telling stories and tons of laughing until late in the morning. Imagine that!

There was a very good turn out this year and the weather was really good for it. Once the wind died down.

Hopefully the weather is as nice for the Sandy Corley.

I don't know about you guys and gals but I make a list and if my husband and I are going to an event that needs tickets we put them at the top of the list and go from there.

Let me know what you think some friends of ours almost drove close to 200 miles without their tickets this weekend. What would you put on the top of your list?

Car In Your Rear View Mirror.

I must say over the weekend while I was out riding I really noticed that there are a lot of people in cars out there that don't think twice about riding right on your butt when you are out on your bike. I don't know why I have never really notice it that much before. I must be getting older.

I am also guessing that they have never seen a biker lay their bike down before. Accidents do happen unfortunately.

Everyone ride safe and look out for the idiots. They don't look out for you.

The Moving of the Harley Shop in Muskegon

Wow

Is that place going to be HUGE or what I am not going to use their name. But they are the only Harley shop in town so you all know who I am talking about that place is going to be HUGE. Could I say that one more time or what after having that small shop in town well my whole life. That is going to be a little different and really nice all at the same time.
Good luck on the new store hope it is finished in time.

Hope they are done in time for the Muskegon Bike Time. That would be really good for them and the bikers if they are.
I am hoping they have some more moving sales myself I like their sales rake there they have good sales there I think.
