Unique Color LCD
The Logitech Harmony 880's unique color LCD provides a functional and stylish design, including customizable backgrounds, activities, button icons and text. There is also enough room for up to eight custom activities or controls and an on-screen battery level indicator. Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery
Never worry about replacing batteries again. The Harmony 880 has a lithium-ion battery that can be recharged using the included sleek docking station. Your remote will last one week under normal use and the horizontal docking station allows you to continue using the remote while being charged.
There have been reports that the design of the battery compartment cause the battery to fit loosely. Which causes it to looses contact with the remote making it reset.
This problem can be avoided if you take a small sheet of paper and fold it creating a shim and palace it in with be battery giving it a tighter fit.

I ultimately decided against this remote because it is the oldest of the group and has a few flaws.
There was a better solution that was newer, more functional, and cooler looking.
