- Wow, the #6 spot for income in the states as well. I think need to come out to Harrisburg and see if its reputation precedes itself. I would not be surprised. Seems like a wonderful place with nothing but good things said about it.

- That is some good reporting and research. Thanks for the information. Its a good take on where Harrisburg stands. I would never thought of them being in 3rd place in regards to real estate bargain markets. Seems like the apartments in that area would be flying off the shelf.
