This let's you know how your business is running when you're not there.Always talk to your customers and get feedback from them what you can do to improve. That way you will have first hand knowledge on what you need to do to make your business better. When you make these changes the customers will be happier and enjoy spending money with your company. When you have better customer service you will have a better business. The great thing is it cost very little to increase your customer service so you don't have to break the bank.
