    I suggest calling customer service on a Tuesday or Wednesday. These are normally slower days for most customer service departments.

    Good luck on getting anyone to help with ordering a dvd. I gor my healthrider
    at a yard sale and dont have any info on it so can't get the online form to
    transmit. Can't get through to customer service at all......EVER.

    Janie,
    Although you don't have the model number for your piece, with a description customer service should be able to help you order what you need.
    The number is 1-888-308-9620.

    If you have a digital camera you can also take a photo and then attach it to an email and send it to customer service at : cs@healthriderservice.com
    Try to take a few photos, especially some very close so that customer service can see it clearly.

    I hope that this will fix your issue.

    I have a old health rider cant read mod# It squeaks needs bushings have replaced them twice. Any way I can order these parts.

    Have you contacted HealthRider directly? They have both an online contact form at:

    Since the tapes are now only in DVD format you should have any problems picking up at least 1 DVD "From Fat To Thin". They may have more available but I am not 100% sure.

    Yes! I have the original HealthRider and I really do not ride it without the motivation of the tape. Unfortunately, I don't have a VCR anymore and I need a DVD. How do I get it? Why is it so hard for me to find? I'd like to have a few different ones do I don't get bored. Please respond asap. Thanks Carol Baker
