Burn the fat feed the muscle contains over 300 pages and is broken down in a easy to read manner. Its not one of those books that is so hard to finish reading.

The Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle sales letter lists six bonuses which total about another 100 pages of information that I would rather not cover as they are bonuses and not the book itself. I would like to say though that these bonus books are a fantastic addition as they do a deep dive into some of the things that are truly important that no one seems to cover.

The ebooks introduction is where the authur stresses the importance of some principles such as no quick fixes, weight loss is not the same as fat loss and that the book is not even just about fat loss but more about making people healthier.

Through out the ebook Tom Venuto teaches about:

- Goal setting, strategies and motivation.

- Body types, how to identify what you need.

- Eating, Food, Liquids, and actual meal plans.

- Supplements, Tom Venuto has included information on the most important supplements

- Cardio training

- Weight training

The information he gives is put in a easy to understand manner. But one of the things that make this product my not highest recommendation is that it is NOT a personal trainer type of ebook. It's like you are on your own.

After reading the sales page i thought i'd give it a try and bought the it. Ok the information i found was nothing new and the way it which he guides to along works. That's all i can say. Below, i've listed some of the points he covered so you get the picture.

It is characterized by pimples, cysts, and sometimes abscesses. Both cysts and abscesses are pus-filled pockets, but abscesses are somewhat larger and deeper. Acne is only a skin problem and does not affect your general health. With the right treatment it can be treated.

One thing i liked about acne Free in 3 Days is that it's quite short and the information is laid out in a clear manner. So you don't need to waste time on reading and learning too much. Instead you can focus on applying. And application is where the clear skin is.

However the downside of short is that it can't go very deep. Even though the method works I would have liked to see some more depth. People who are new to this might not believe that Chris's method actually works. Naturally the best way to find out is to try it yourself.

Maybe the biggest downfall of the book is that it provides only little information on how to remain acne free. Chris provides some suggestions and gives a list on foods to avoid. Since changing your lifestyle is the hardest step in curing your acne, I would have liked to see some more discussion on that.

But nevertheless this product does help stop acne, but you have to be really for the journey.

The Acne No More System Formula is quite a easy to follow formula but it takes a bit of hard work and self control. When using this particular formula you have to sacrifice particular kinds of food, go on detox diet for a certain number days and stuff like that.

This ebook has over 230 pages. When you don't have time like me, thats a lot of pages to just tell me of how to stop my acne. And to make it worse the first 40 pages were quiet useless because he goes through his entire life history of he was suffering form acne too and found this old guy called Iran and how he goes about with his side of the story.

The introduction, Mike's shows has research and knowledge of acne as he provides information that blows run-of-the-mill acne explanations of acne out of the water. You get the root causes of acne instead of the obvious symptoms. What makes it even better is the fact that it's done in a way that you will easily understand and be able to use in making acne-sensitive decisions.

There is a main chapter called the "The Acne No More System Formula". It is a really easy to follow formula but it takes a bit of hard work, motivation and self control to go on the diet he recommends

The main thing I learnt from the Acne No More system is that Acne is merely a signal for a much deeper imbalance inside the body. I can't say what kind of imbalance but all I can say is that this imbalance is what causes you to get sick and make you suffer from certain problems so many times.
