What's my point....to bring you the idea...of being so in touch with yourself that you know exactly what you need to be doing no matter what your life situation is, no matter what belief system you follow, and especially when life seems to be going poorly. Which brings us to the brain. Do you know if your brain is working for you or against you?????? When a person is in the flow (personal Awareness mode) you will be able to to read internal and external cues you need to be successful in life. When a person is out of the flow ( personal Inhibition node) not only will you not be able to accurately read internal or external cues in your environment....you won't even know your in P.I.M. (personal inhibition mode). How can you tell if you are in P.I.M???? If you have any kind of chronic illness, then you have been in P.I.M. off and on for a long time. The body cannot heal in P.I.M. it can only heal in P.A.M. When we have a thought the brain releases chemicals so we can experience the thought. These chemicals effect every cell in out body. Soooo.....when you are angry with someone your body is full of angry chemicals that cause inflammation and circulatory constriction which harden tissues in the body. An emotion(anger, resentment) is not a consequence for bad behavior. Some form of action is a consequence, but only if that action is made from a place of understanding and not anger. Nothing gets the attention of another person than continuous action from a calm persistent person. Look for more information on P.I.M ing and P.A.M.ing still to come. If you are angry it keeps the other person focused on you and your behavior....not on them and how they need to change their behavior. The cycle starts and ends in the brain!!!!
