Detoxification is simply a process of removing Toxins from the body. Our body generally handles toxins by eliminating or neutralizing them. The liver is one fantastic organ which helps to eradicate toxins and transforms them into harmless agents, while the blood carries wastes to the kidneys; the liver dumps wastes through the bile into the intestines, where much waste is eliminated. In view of this we all have to take care of these vital organs.

Most food ingested have been refined, modified and perhaps polluted for one reason or the other. Although our body has a daily elimination cycle, mostly carried out at night and in the early morning, up until breakfast. We still have the responsibility to cleanse and detoxify our body based on our life style. .

On most occasions when our body has been saturated with toxicity we are most likely to suffer one or more of these symptoms regularly, occasionally or exacerbate some of these conditions below:Headaches,Joint pains, Itchy nose, Nervousness, Skin rashes, Backaches, Runny nose, Fatigue, Frequent colds, Sleepiness ,Nausea, Immune weakness, Indigestion, Mood changes, Sinus congestion, Bad breath, Fever,Depression, Constipation and High blood fats..

So some questions are , do we still have to detoxify our body or would we rather add more chemicals it? Or better still do we rely completely on medication to treat our aliments or a combined both? Or do we simply detoxify regular to reduce the possibilities of developing the symptoms mentioned above?

It's never too late to adapt a healthy choice and lifestyle. The key, however, is to integrate healthy living cum healthy choices into our day to day activities and subsequently creating a habit of it. We all don't smoke, exercise at least five 3 times a week, eliminate internal waste/detoxify the body and keep to the 5-time a day daily meal plan. So let's be honest; how many of us are able to abide by these rules 100%. Some of us are able, some of us will backslide and some of us will struggle and basically not keep to any.
