Equation
Ever since ancient times, Healthy Mind and Healthy Body were related to Prosperity. If we transform these terms into a mathematical equation, we get, Healthy Mind plus Healthy Body equals Prosperity. This is an equation we have to solve (or not?) so that we can reach Prosperity.Everyone is looking for a better future, going around in circles, searching and researching, earning some money, losing some. We can assume that this continual friction against life's truths sharpens the Mind and keeps it Healthy.
How about our Body? How can we keep it Healthy? Are the foods we eat nutritious? Is pollution negatively effecting our health? No matter how much money we have, do we have Prosperity?

Prosperity
Let's start examining Prosperity. Do I have to own a big fortune to have Prosperity? Can I be homeless and have Prosperity? What exactly is Prosperity? Having an unfailing source of income, living in a nice big house in the most expensive area, one - two or more luxurious autos, jewelry, trendy clothes and all the "cool" items I can imagine%u2026do those things mean I have Prosperity?On the other hand, does living in the country in the most isolated area, eating only what I can find, wearing only the requisite clothes, walking from a place to another, washing myself in rivers, maybe a rose gracing my ear, does that mean I have Prosperity?

Un-Healthy-Mind
Prosperity is a state of mind, "attainment of the object or the state desired." Prosperity can only be enjoyed by those who do not fear losing it. If you know who you are, what you want from life, and what you have to offer (life always returns back offers!), you have Prosperity. If you offer yourself to the world with love, you have Prosperity. By starting to apply simple healthy habits to your lifestyle, doing a little more and eating a little less, you have Prosperity.Whenever you are engaged in hunting Prosperity or any Outcome, you are acting in opposition to your goal. Part of your energy goes toward resisting doing this activity. This energy shows up as procrastination, suppression activities, and inner disharmony. And all these show up as an Un-Healthy-Mind!

Un-Healthy-Mind subcategories
When speaking about the Un-Healthy-Mind and assuming that its existence is possible, we can conclude that there is Healthy Mind too! By searching deeper (subdividing), we find that under every one of these mind "categories," there are two "subcategories."Let's describe the characteristics of "Un-Healthy-Mind subcategories.
The "Un-Healthy-Obtuse-Mind," allows the body to overeat in an unhealthy way, then it spends a lot of energy assimilating food. Afterwards, the mind is in a dull state (brain fog), doesn't function properly, and interprets information incorrectly.
The "Un-Healthy-Sharp-Mind" feeds the body in an acceptable manner, however because of long-term destructive habits and over dependencies, vents an unhealthy intellect.

Healthy Mind subcategories
The "Healthy-Sharp-Mind" feeds the body in an acceptable manner and does not allow destructive habits and overindulgences. It has abundant energy, and constantly turning, it quickly deduces meanings, and understands their significance.The "Healthy-Obtuse-Mind" is the normal state (according the law of harmony). It feeds the body only when necessary and in a healthy manner, so that this interactive balance - Mind<->Body -, allows the Mind to click and attach razor-sharp meanings!

Mirage
We can easily describe the mirage one of another's subcategories and rapidly understand, that some differences in mind's "software" and body's nutrition, induce comparative sequences. And only one of sequences is of benefit to us--"Healthy-Obtuse-Mind" and as we supposed, feeds necessarily and healthy, so body spending less energy to absorb nutrients, necessitates less sleaping time to reconstruct the given attrition.We can easily understand that, eating less and healthy and sleeping less, is the proper behavior to induce excellent meanings.
And so we conclude, Healthy Mind equals Healthy Body.

Prosperity equals Healthy mind plus Healthy Body
Inventing the equation we have: Prosperity equals Healthy Mind plus Healthy Body, that is Prosperity equals to Healthy Mind plus Healthy Body. Reaching Prosperity, presuppose already reached Healthy Mind and Healthy Body. Lack of one's of two and there is not Prosperity. And this is the reason, you can not hunt Prosperity. You can not hunt two intentions, the same time!Totalizing the equation, [Prosperity equals Healthy Mind plus Healthy Body], we can call it positive state. Acting in positive state, we develope more useful characteristics.

Healthy Mind equals 1/2 Prosperity and Healthy Body equals 1/2 Prosperity?
Mathematical thinking, we could say that Healthy Mind equals 1/2 Prosperity and Healthy Body equals 1/2 Prosperity. And that would be right. But, here is where mathematics can not give an accurate solution. Having Healthy Mind but not Healthy Body, I have not 1/2 Prosperity. I have zero Prosperity. Having Healthy Body but not Healthy Mind, I also have zero Prosperity!Well, let's stop thinking theoretically and let's focalize, acting realistically to reach Prosperity. Which is the starting point? Which is the first step? Or better, which step is the easier one to start? But of course the easiest start is Nutrition. Nutrition directs to Healthy Body.

Nutrition
Some ancient doctor said: Nutrition may be your Medicine and your Medicine may be your Nutrition. If we accept that, then we must be careful of how much we eat, as we be careful of medicine's dosages, we possibly take. Think of someone who goes to a restaurant and orders two or three (!) portions, two or three bottles of wine, salads, cheeses, creams, desserts, cofee, brandy,..What if he did the same with his medication, that is to take two or three medicines for headache, other two-three for stomachache, two-three for his heart and some more for something else. Of course nobody does it. Far from it everybody follows doctor's instructions. One pill every eight hours doctor said, one pill we will take every eight hours having in mind to take it the right time, not earlier, not later. Why we do not act similar when we eat?

Nutrition equals Medicine?
Yes, encephalon's repletion center over-floods of happiness! Such gratification I am afraid that, some of our fellowmen can nowhere else receive, so they eat and eat..It is possible taking place the same, with Drug-addictives. For many reasons, they can not find true gratification, inner balance, temper to unaffectedness and choose the surf-on-razor fake reality, that drugs are presenting.
Food-addictives should have in mind, organism's middle performance of absorption per hour. And understand that, too much food per hour can not be sinked and some, or the most of it turns in "bad" fat, they carry on them all the time. So they keep a part of their mind busy all the time,..turning out to Unhealthy Mind-subcategory: unhealthy-Obtuse Mind

Vicious Circle
O.k., o.k., I get it! I have to eat healthy nutritious foods, feeding body necessarily, so I rank in "healthy - Obtuse Mind" subcategory.However, let us take a look at the healthy-Obtuse Mind-"mirage"-subcategory, unhealthy-Obtuse Mind and examine some parameters of this meaning.
Foods sould have a certain balanced analogy of nutritius elements, so that the organism "anabolize" them, "catabolize" and finally "metabolize" them.
All this elaborated food we eat, organism has to percolate it in sibler forms such as carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral and microelements - anabolism - so be able to absorb these nutrients - catabolism - and supply our body and mind the necessarily energy - metabolism -.
This process has a maximum performance of absorption per hour and needs two hours to absorb a meal ( dinner? what is this? don't even mention this word! ) once we eat healthy and necessarily.
For sure, if we eat too much, organism will not percolate all the food we eat and will "store" it, redusing this pleonasmus to fat.
Then, all these possible anabolized elements, organism has to catabolize them. To do so, there must be a certain analogy of vitamins, minerals, microelements and enzymes, so organism is able to absorb the nutritious elements or else will abort them.
If the food we eat has a lack of this certain analogy, ( un-healthy food ), organism will abort these nutrients not having absorbed them. Then, "feeling-hungry" emmotion comes up and you want to eat again.
And you eat again ( probably unhealthy and too much ), organism can not anabolizes all the food, reduces it to fat, nutritious elements are not absorbed cause some requisite elements are missing and you feel hungry again....

Healthy Food
How can we break this vicius circle? How our organism will take the necessary nutritius elements and supply us the energy we need, so we stay cool until we spend this energy and it is really time to eat again?The answer seems to be very simple: Eating food containing the certain analogy of nutritius elements (Healthy Food), that organism needs to turn it in energy.
I am not going to number these foods, because less or more we all know which food is healthy and which is not. I am going to ask some questions.
Where can we find healthy food?
How can we be sure that is really healthy?
Can we trust our traditional suppliers?
Can our suppliers trust their own suppliers?
Can we be sure that, this food we buy as healthy food, is really healthy?
We all remember some time ago, that this baby milk from China in order to qualify as nutritius, contained melamine! And everybody from us can remember something commensurate.
If we look at the production process, we boil down some useful conclusions. For example, oranges, we all know that is a natural source of vitamin C. Other fruits and vegetables are sources of several vitamins and minerals etc.
However, we have to know that these vitamins and minerals germinate the last week of the maturation of the fruits or vegetables, on the tree or plant and not in the fridge.
And finally one more question: Do you know any producer gathering fruits or vegetables the last week of maturation?

Unhealthy Food
I don't know.And, there is a good reason for producers to do that.
If they gather the fruits or vegetables the last week of maturation, they have to offer them immediately.
Of course this is impossible.
The dealer, who will buy the fruits, has to transport them to the wholesalers.
Wholesalers have to transport them to retailers.
Retailers have to expose them to their stores.
Buyers have to go to these stores and buy.
All this process takes time and meanwhile, the already matured fruits or vegetables will rot. And nobody buys rot fruits or vegetables.
So, producers prefer to gather earlier than the last week.
This way, fruits or vegetables stand during the transport. And the moment we buy them, they seem outside mellow, cause the outside maturation doesn't stop.
However, inside there is a lack of the essential vitamins, minerals etc., cause those elements germinate on the tree or plant. Maybe, only a small percentage of those nutritius elements does exist.
This means, that in order to take the daily dose of vitamin C from oranges, we have to eat 20 -30 oranges a day!
Do you know anybody eating 20 - 30 oranges a day?
I don't know.
And let's suppose that someone does eat 20 - 30 oranges a day.
He will indeed take the daily dose of vitamin C. But counting the calories of this amount of oranges, we easily understand that they are too much.
Our organism can not turn those calories to energy, cause there is disproportion of nutritius elements. So, turns them to fat and stores this fat to our body.
So, we can't find Healthy Food! Indeed we can! If we grow our own vegetables, fruits, chickens, cows etc. in our backyard, or we have a friend doing that and willing to share with us, yes we can!
Certainly this is impractical for the most of us living in big cities. Therefore, we are going to eat for the rest of our life Unhealthy Food? There is not a solution?
There are solutions! I am not going to name them all. I am just going to tell you my solution.

Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller
For many centuries, civilizations around the world have used Aloe Vera for its health benefits. The miraculous Aloe leaf contains over 75 nutritional components and 200 other compounds, including 20 minerals, 18 amino acids and 12 vitamins. The most nutritionally potent is the Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller.The structures of most Aloe plants are very similar. Aloe grows to maturity in approximately four years, at which time the leaves begin to sprout. They taper to a point near the top of the plant, and the leaves have soft spines every few inches lining their silhouette. The Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller has about a 12-year life span.
According to Dr. Peter Atherton in his book titled The Essential Aloe Vera,

"The structure of the Aloe leaf shows the outer-rind about fifteen cell layers thick. . .
The hardness is due to the large amounts of calcium and magnesium present in it.
Below the rind are vascular bundles or tubes of xylen and phloem. The xylen
transports water and minerals from the roots upwards into the leaves . . . The
phloem transports the synthesized materials down to the roots and other parts of the leaf."
Aloe Vera Ingredients
Studies have found that there are 75 ingredients contained in the Aloe leaf. These ingredients have a variety of medical benefits. They are divided into the following categories:Lignin - This cellulose substance is found in the gel has no known medical properties except it posses the property of penetrating the human skin.
Saponins - These form soapy lathers when mixed and agitated with water. They have been used in detergents, foaming agents and contain antiseptic properties.
Anthraquinones - There are 12 of these contained in the sap of Aloe Vera: Aloin, Isobarbaloin, Anthracene, Emodin, Ester of Cinnamonic acid, Chrysophanic acid, Barbaloin, Anthranol, Aloetic acid, Aloe Emodin, Ethereal oil and Resistannol. These act as natural laxatives, painkillers and analgesics, and they contain powerful antibacterial, antifungal and virucidal properties.
Minerals - Aloe Vera contains the following minerals:
- Calcium (essential for proper bone and teeth density)
- Manganese (a component of enzymes necessary for the activation of other enzymes)
- Sodium (ensures that the body fluids do not become too acidic or too alkaline)
- Copper (enables iron to work as oxygen carriers in the red blood cells)
- Magnesium (used by nerves and muscle membranes to help conduct electrical impulses)
- Potassium (regulates the acidic or alkaline levels of body fluid)
- Zinc (contributes to the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats)
- Chromium (necessary for the proper function of insulin, which in turn controls the sugar levels in the blood)
- Iron (controls the transportation of oxygen around the body via the red blood cells)
Vitamins - Aloe Vera contains numerous vitamins:
- Vitamins A, C, & E (crucial antioxidants that combat dangerous free radicals in the body)
- Vitamin B & Choline (concerned with the production of energy, amino acid metabolism and developing muscle mass)
- Vitamin B12 (responsible for the production of red blood cells)
- Folic acid (helps develop new blood cells)
Amino Acids - Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein, which manufacture and repair muscle tissue. The human body requires 22 amino acids and needs 8 essential ones. Aloe Vera provides 20 of 22 required amino acids and 7 of 8 essential ones.Enzymes - Some of the most important enzymes in Aloe Vera are: Peroxidase, Aliiase, Catalase, Lipase, Cellulase, Carboxypeptidase, Amylase and Alkaline Phosphatase. Enzymes help to break down food and assist in digestion. Some enzymes help break down fats while others break down starches and sugars.
Sugars - Aloe Vera contains both monosaccharides, such as glucose and fructose, and polysaccharides. Polysaccharides are the most important types of sugars. They aid in proper digestion, maintain cholesterol levels, improve liver functions and promote the strengthening of bones.
Sterols - Sterols are important anti-inflammatory agents. The ones found in Aloe Vera are: Cholesterol, Sitosterol, Campesterol and Lupeol. These sterols contain antiseptic and analgesic properties. They also have pain killing properties similar to aspirin.
Aloe Vera has the ability to provide essential nutrients, kill bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeasts and reduce inflammation.
Dr. Atherton claims, "Tissues that die and are renewed rapidly such as the lining of the gut, which renews itself about every four days, and the skin every 21 to 28 days or so, need a rich and ready supply of building materials to produce and maintain healthy, efficient cells."
A proper diet supplemented with Aloe Vera is an effective way to get these essential nutrients. Aloe Vera can also reduce inflammation to injured tissue. Inflammation occurs when healthy tissue is injured and blood begins to clot around the tissue to repair the injured tissue.
Aloe Vera is a natural anti-inflammatory that is much more delicate on the human body.
