Pregnancy can be a scary time for some women especially if it is your first child but with a little exercise during pregnancy you can stay one step ahead of the craziness!

With all the stress in your life everything can easily seem overwhelming. Not only are you spending hours researching the differences between a foam crib mattress and a coil crib mattress but you are worrying about staying fit and the right foods to eat. A great exercise during pregnancy that will keep you fit and sane is swimming. All you need is a suit and a place to swim like a local fitness club or high school.
