A great exercise during pregnancy that will keep you fit and sane is swimming. All you need is a suit and a place to swim like a local fitness club or high school.
If you can splash around in a warm pool and call it exercise, I'm game!
Please talk to your doctor before starting a new workout routine especially if you are of the couch potato kind.
