It's actually difficult for a someone to socialize if he is on a Diet. Totally neglecting parties and invitation is decidedly not a resolution.You have to strike a balance between your diet and social parties which, rely me, isn't obtainable at all. But we can forever take necesaary cares so as to head off overeating.

a) Try eating on light snacks aroung 6 PM before giving for the party. The trouble with late night parties is that dinner party isnt attended before 11 and by that time rats are running in everyones stomach , so people end up using up a lot which they shouldnt.

c) Caution : Do not drink soups at parties as they have cornstarches which is by any stands for not good for people who are on diet.

e) Pick Out salads with combining of chicken and and greens with marinated vegetables. Chinese greens are essential option anyday.

f) Take your food slowly and care for it to the heaviest.
