Most supplements that you buy which can apparently increase height are full of minerals and vitamins that can be found in food that you probably already eat.
They're just a more expensive version of multivitamins that can be bought for about £3/$5 in your local supermarket. Multivitamins are worth buying are they help you get the vitamins you need with ease but "growth" supplements are a complete scam and are much too expensive to keep buying.
Don't be sucked in by fake comments and reviews they don't work!!!

Too much sugar in your body will actually slow down the release of chemicals in your body. For your body to stand the best chance of growing you want all of your bodily chemicals to be going round your body as fast as possible.
This doesn't mean you have to give up chocolate or sweets all together just cut down on them and eat healthier. A good food to eat is fruit as fruit contains vitamins and also will supply your body with sugar.
If you really do love your sugary foods then a good way to get around this is to eat them but then burn them off down the gym. This will not only help keep you fit but will also make your body release HGH into your body.

- It's an argument to say you can grow taller after puberty, but do you have any idea how tall an average American men should be?
A safe way to get around here is to use height insoles or shoes I found on the net, something like this> height shoes
